Debt Service Fees / Absentee  Payment Policy

All properties that have sewer service available are required to pay the appropriate Debt Service Fees for their municipality and are billed accordingly for these fees regardless of water consumption.  In the event the property is vacant or water is turned off, these fees continue to be assessed.  Public water customers will not be assessed sewer operations fees during periods that water is shut off to a residence.  Well customers will continue to be assessed sewer operations fees during absentee periods unless a water meter is installed to monitor water usage.
