A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE KISKI VALLEY WATER POLLUTION CONTROL AUTHORITY ADOPTING CHANGES TO THE RATE STRUCTURE OF THE  KISKI VALLEY WATER POLLUTION CONTROL AUTHORITY.

  It is hereby RESOLVED by the Board of Directors of the Kiski Valley Water Pollution Control Authority, hereinafter called the Authority,, that the minimum sewage rates heretofore charged by the Authority shall be amended and revised to those such rates are reflected in the Authority's rate chart as proposed by HRH, Inc. and as adopted by the Board of Directors on the 17^th day of July, 2024. Those rates shall be as follows:

Debt service costs per municipality/per month: $15 per EDU

Treatment costs: $5.25/1,000 gallons

Well customers: 10,000 gallons, billed quarterly at 5.25/1,000 gallons

These rate changes shall take effect on October1, 2024.
